VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
- Prise de rendez-vous avec le client afin de définir et analyser ses besoins.
- Établissement du cahier des charges (budget, secteur géographique, composition familiale)
- Constitution du dossier locatif complet.
- Rechercher sur le marché et auprès de nos partenaires des biens adaptés aux critères du client.
- Organisation et valorisation des visites.
- Accompagnement du client dans le meilleur choix de logement.
- Valorisation du client auprès des propriétaires, agences, bailleurs, partenaires.
- Accompagnement à la signature du bail et représentation à l’état des lieux.
